Here is information for a dex of Mechanical Pokemon that are not living at all.  They are built by Marron's Forces during Marron's War Arc 1-4.  Marron had Lila design an idea for Machine Pokemon.  They are Mechanically engineered to eliminate their targets and follow their masters commands.  They act like real Pokemon and even have move pools.
